Mission

To realize the above vision, the Association takes charitable public welfare as its fundamental purpose and serving Hong Kong youth as its core mission. Focusing on three key areas—AI-integrated education, international cultural exchange, and the holistic development of youth—it undertakes the following five core missions to fully fulfill the role of a charitable organization and safeguard the growth and development of young people in Hong Kong.

1. Build a Digital and Intelligent Public Welfare Platform and Integrate Quality Global Resources

We aim to establish a comprehensive public welfare platform that integrates educational information, cultural exchange resources, internship and employment opportunities, and expert mentors from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and the international community. Upholding the principles of openness, inclusiveness, and public welfare, the platform will break down resource barriers and ensure accessibility and broad benefit. We will continue to invest charitable funds to upgrade and optimize AI-powered educational tools, continuously improving services such as AI admissions guides, predictive guidance apps, academic mastery assessments, cohort benchmarking, and institutional outcome forecasting, while adding more digital and intelligent service functions according to the needs of young people. At the same time, we will integrate quality global educational resources, charitable organization resources, and enterprise resources to build a safe, reliable, and high-value digital growth ecosystem, enabling Hong Kong youth to access high-quality global educational resources and growth support without leaving home.

2. Promote International Cultural Exchange and Mutual Learning to Broaden Young People's Global Perspectives

We will systematically organize and promote academic exchanges, cultural performances, social research, and study visits among Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas regions, while establishing long-term and stable international partnerships. Special emphasis will be placed on strengthening cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road, higher education institutions in the Asia-Pacific region, and youth organizations. International youth cultural festivals, cross-border academic forums, overseas study tours, and other activities will be held regularly each year to provide Hong Kong youth with more opportunities to step beyond Hong Kong and engage with the world. Through in-depth cross-cultural exchange and mutual learning, we aim to help young people understand the cultural traditions, values, and educational models of different countries and regions, cultivate their cross-cultural awareness, communication skills, and collaboration abilities, develop a global mindset, enhance their international competitiveness, and become important ambassadors for cultural exchange and people-to-people connectivity between China and the world.

3. Empower Holistic Development with AI and Accurately Identify Youth Potential

With the goal of supporting the holistic development of young people, we provide comprehensive charitable support covering academic tutoring, career planning, leadership development, innovation capability building, and psychological counseling. By combining AI-based assessment and predictive guidance tools, we create personalized development profiles for each young person, accurately analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and formulate tailored growth plans. We will also establish a mentor team composed of education experts, industry elites, and public welfare professionals to provide free one-on-one consultation and guidance. In addition, we will offer charitable courses in AI skills training, vocational skills training, and innovation and entrepreneurship training to enhance young people's digital literacy and overall capabilities. By integrating quality internship, employment, and entrepreneurial resources, we will provide young people with substantial development opportunities, helping them clarify their self-positioning, successfully complete the critical transition from campus to society, and maximize their personal potential.

4. Foster Social Responsibility and Carry Forward the Spirit of Charitable Service

Adhering to the concept of "nurturing through public welfare," we encourage and organize Hong Kong youth to participate in various social services, charitable activities, and public affairs discussions, including community service, poverty alleviation and educational support, environmental protection promotion, and public welfare advocacy, so as to cultivate their sense of social belonging, responsibility, and dedication. We guide young people to use their professional strengths, innovative thinking, and AI-related skills to serve communities and help disadvantaged groups—for example, by using AI technology to provide educational assistance and information services to vulnerable communities—allowing them to improve themselves and realize their value through charitable service. At the same time, we seek to carry forward the spirit of public welfare, encouraging young people to become participants, communicators, and promoters of charitable causes, thereby fostering a positive atmosphere in which everyone participates in public welfare and public welfare benefits everyone, and achieving an organic unity between personal value and social value.

5. Build a Sustainable Charitable Ecosystem to Ensure Long-Term Public Welfare Services

We are committed to establishing a sustainable model guided by social value and aligned with the standards of charitable organizations, ensuring the long-term continuity, stability, and sustainability of public welfare services. Through diversified channels, we will integrate resources including social donations, public welfare partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and government funding. All funds will be managed and used in strict accordance with charitable organization governance standards, earmarked for designated purposes, and accompanied by regular public disclosure of financial income and expenditures to accept social supervision. We will optimize and standardize the membership system, attracting more individuals and groups who care about youth development and are enthusiastic about charitable causes, thereby strengthening the force of public welfare. We will also establish in-depth cooperation with social enterprises, higher education institutions, and charitable organizations to explore innovative operational models combining "public welfare + technology + culture," continuously optimize AI educational services and international exchange platforms, steadily expand the coverage of public welfare services, and improve service quality, so as to serve generation after generation of young people in Hong Kong in a long-term and stable manner, contributing enduring strength to youth development and social progress in Hong Kong.

Purpose

Our services mainly target young people in Hong Kong, with particular emphasis on current students and young people in the early stages after graduation. Through a series of free public welfare programs, we are committed to creating the following core values for them:

(1) Provide higher education planning and support for connection with local education: Through educational guidance and campus experience activities, we help students and families gain a deeper understanding of educational pathways and make more informed choices;

(2) Broaden cross-regional academic and cultural horizons: By organizing academic exchange and cultural experience programs, we help young people strengthen their cultural identity and cross-regional understanding through direct participation; enhance comprehensive abilities and employment competitiveness: Through career-oriented training, skills workshops, and international exchanges, we support young people in making a smooth transition from campus to society;

(3) Cultivate social responsibility and a spirit of contribution: We encourage youth to participate in social services and discussions on public issues, helping them develop a sense of belonging and mission through action.
